Manzanita-Mohave offers some all-gender bathrooms on the 2nd floor & one wing on the 4th floor. When you go into My UAHome to select your room, some rooms you see on the floor plan may not be available; these rooms may already be selected. Starting fall 2021, Graham-Greenlee will offer an all-gender bathroom on the 2nd floor center wing. Starting fall 2021, Gila will offer an all-gender bathroom in one wing on the 2nd floor. Yavapai offers all-gender restrooms throughout the building.

When you select your room in My UAHome, you will only see rooms that are available to the gender you selected in your housing application. This collection may include a variety of plans from designers in the region, designs that have sold there, or ones that simply remind us of the area in their styling. Please note that some locations may require specific engineering and/or local code adoptions. Be sure to check with your contractor or local building authority to see what is required for your area. It is exciting to see what was once just a dream home come to life. Arizona does not require an architect stamp on residential house plans. An Engineer stamp may be required depending on the design of the house plan and the state.

Add some square footage, or a full daylight basement. General Specifications – include concrete, masonry, wood, and security. Plumbing – include waste isometric and gas schematic where applicable along with water fixture counts as required by most municipalities.
